Anode Media was established
in 2004 and is a division of The Anode Group founded in
1999. We deliver multimedia content to the public. We take
our inspiration from a variety of sources ranging from musicians,
fine artists to writers. Our Approach
As we all know, creative pursuits can be rather subjective.
At Anode Media our approach is to select those works of
high quality that may otherwise not become widely available
for the public to enjoy and appreciate.
Sponsorships
We are proud to be involved in protecting our local
community youth through our sponsorship of Blue Light –
an organisation that has provided “recreational and
entertainment activities for the youth of Victoria since
1976” in a safe and fun atmosphere (bluelight.com.au)
Our commitment to enriching human lives led us
to sponsor Jason in his foray into body-building. Jason’s
first competition was the INBA State Championships held
in Melbourne in 2003, where he won first prize and became
Mr Victoria (Novice-Open class). We were there to cheer
him on, in what proved to be a very competitive night. He
then registered for the Nationals in Canberra held a few
weeks later and also won that competition to become Mr Australia
(Novice-Open class). Jason then now focused on the following
competitions held in Q4 2004 in Australia and the
USA:
Saturday October 9th – Victorian
Natural Physique Titles (Open Class)
Saturday October 30th – Australian Natural Physique
Titles (Open Class)
Sunday November 14th – Natural Universe in Hollywood
Saturday November 20th – Natural Olympia in Las
Vegas

We are proud to be a major sponsor of the 8th Edition of the Friends of Chess Competition. The competition was held in Lagos, Nigeria from 8-12 April 2004. We sponsored the international (FIDE) category at the competition. Click here for winners’ details etc.
